OK I found this on the Official Aiden message board someone asked where they got their inspiration for writing the music and lyrics this is what wiL wrote……
Life, my friend life. Most of these songs site experience out of my life, about losing myself in drugs and alcohol, running away, feeling ridiculed by friends and loved ones, losing people who you are really close with, and standing up using your voice, not becoming a homogenized society that relies on television and shopping malls to survive.
Sometimes we miss the beauty of the forrest because we were diverted by the ugliness of some of it's trees. Meaning that if you turn off the t.v., rub your eyes and take a look at the world, there really is a lot worth being here for.
So inspiration comes from inside and all around us. It's just depends on how we harness and use this inspiration that truly reflects who we are and what we would like to accomplish.
