Meet the wonderfully bitchy Mr Dakotah Cole AKA Aidens Tour Manager, (and by the sound of it Nicks babysitter) If you have ever been kicked out of an Aiden show it was probably Dakotah who went and screamed at you. Those of you that are on the Aiden message board will probably know him as Cobra, or the dude that just goes on and bitches. But he is simply a dude…….a bitchy dude……but still an awesome dude. (Jesus I said dude a lot in that line.) Remember without guys like Dakotah, Troy, Bob, Just Jake and the rest of the Aiden crew…..Aiden would really be buggered.

Brief description of you job:
I babysit five very gay vampires and their crew. Sometimes I change Nicks bass strings and polish his bass. I also sometimes tune his bass.
( a professional response to this question would be) I tour manage Aiden, I wake up early make sure all the gear gets loaded into the venue, set up our guest list, organize interviews and photo shoots, make sure the band gets everything they need (food water towels etc etc), Make sure the crew is happy (bread and water), Make sure the band gets onstage at the right time and off at the right time, Make sure all the gear gets back in the trailer, I spend most of the day on the phone making sure things are being taken care ahead of time. I also collect the bands payment every night as well as sell merch to give Troy a break, I make sure that the bus gets paid for every week and that our driver has parking and directions to the next venue.
I also am Nick's Bass Tech, I set up his bass rig every day, make sure everything is working properly and that he has a bass tone that he likes. I make sure his basses are strung, tuned, and intonated..and not to mention shiny as fuck. I also tend to catch his bass guitar every night at the end of Die Romantic, i have done this approx 145 times and dropped only one. (at the time of this interview) I also make sure he has picks and water and a towel when he goes on stage.

Worst part about touring with Aiden: When the AC breaks on the bus in Phoenix on warped tour and its 120 degrees (literally) in the bus.

Where the hell did the name Cobra come from? When i get incredibly drunk (this is not like regular drunk, this only happens once every so often) I become a different person so some of my friends that I used to live with wanted to name my alternate personality so they changed my regular name from Dakotah to Dakobrah..or The Cobra...and when I started working for Aiden the name just kind of stuck.

Thank You a Billion times over to everyone who's brought me shit to shows, not asked for water or set lists, or picks (the most annoying thing you can do while someone is working on stage) not done anything to get dragged out of the venue and screamed at by me. Anyone who's taken pictures of me and put them on the message board or on myspace, and all the friends I have made all over the world. Radness.
Just so you all know Wambold time refers to how jake and troy are on their own time, they take forever to do anything and are always lagging behind on everything.
